Citizen-powered civic technology dedicated to improving road safety across Bulgaria, one pothole at a time.
To create a transparent, data-driven system where every citizen can report road damage and hold local governments accountable for repairs. Every pothole reported is a step toward safer roads for all Bulgarians.
A Bulgaria where no road is forgotten — where every municipality uses citizen data to prioritize repairs, allocate budgets efficiently, and ultimately achieve roads that are safe for every driver, cyclist, and pedestrian.
Transparency, civic engagement, and data integrity. We believe that when citizens and government collaborate openly, real change happens. Every report matters, every voice counts.
Dobrich, a city of approximately 90,000 people in northeastern Bulgaria, became our pilot region for a reason. With 35 documented potholes in just the first months of operation, Dobrich demonstrated both the severity of Bulgaria's road infrastructure challenges and the enthusiasm of its citizens to participate in civic improvement.
The Dobrich Municipal Council has been an early supporter, using our data to prioritize road repairs and allocate emergency maintenance budgets. Their partnership proves that this model — citizen reporting combined with government action — can work across Bulgaria.
From citizen report to repaired road — four simple steps.
Citizens photograph potholes, mark their GPS location on the interactive map, and describe the severity. Takes under 2 minutes.
Municipal council teams review reports, verify locations, and assign priority levels. Data-driven decisions replace guesswork.
Road crews are dispatched based on severity and public priority. Status updates in real-time so citizens can track progress.
Aggregated data reveals patterns — worst-affected areas, seasonal trends, and fix rates — helping plan long-term infrastructure investment.
Numbers that show real progress on Bulgaria's roads.
A collaboration between technology, government, and citizens.
